I found these spots at the lower part of this tree today. Hoping they don't go up any further, but does anyone recognize this? I sprayed some Safer, but it doesn't look like bugs to me, looks like some fungus, but aren't Zelkova's resistant to most problems? Any and all suggestions welcome...
