forsythia chinese elm

Two things that come to mind... Some neighbors have Chinese Elms so they come up in the garden like weeds. I see that they're used for Bonsai, probably because they have small leaves to begin with. Or are the Chinese Elms volunteering in my yard "not the Chinese Elms I'm looking for. ;)...
