Ah shoot, looks like they are done!

Here is some background info. The Huntington botanists pioneered a self pollination method in 1999. At the time, it was only the 11th one to bloom in the US. Now the Huntington has had several bloom games in just the last few years.

Was it still stinky?
Not at all. I was expecting it to be unpleasant, but the only unpleasant thing was stepping from 95 degrees outside to 95 degrees inside with 95% humidity!😜

Ha! The only spot with humidity in SoCal! As far as the stench, it was closed. I think it closed yesterday.

Thanks for the update. I was trying to decide whether to volunteer Sat or Sun.

The Chicago Botanic Garden has had several flower in the past couple of years. Theirs do smell bad.
