I got this oak last spring.
Potted it yesterday and was SHOCKED at the amount of roots I took out.

Sheeze!

I repotted a seiju elm a few weeks ago whose roots had circled the 4 inch pot it was in about 4 times. Approximate length when straightened was about 30 inches, from a 6 inch tall plant.

Left untrimmed, I think elm roots could reach the moon. o_O

The leaves could fill 83,000 supertankers.
