Very nice! I need to contact you next time I need news pots. :) Those are really nice...esp the first 3.

The diamond shaped pots are  Can you please post a shot from the top? Or are these basically rectangle?

Thank you.

Love that dirty yellow oval!
I would be interested in seeing a tree placed in one of those diamond shaped pots.
Thanks for posting your pots, always neat to see the glazes.

All great pots as usual Paul, but I love the glaze on the last one.

The diamond shape is really interesting. What style tree would work in this pot? Has anyone saw or displayed a tree in a diamond shaped pot?

Looks good as usual Paul. I like the yellow oval as well, surprised?

Hello Doug,

It has been suggested that a slanting style deciduous or broad leaf evergreen tree would work well in a pot of this type.

A while back, Al posted a photo of a few of his fat, shohin trident maples that he has been developing. One of them was planted in a small, diamond shaped pot. I thought it worked very well.

Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Cheers,
Paul

I appreciate the positive feedback Tom.

No, I'm not surprised. I happen to know that you have an eye for a good yellow pot.

Regards,
Paul
