A kusamono on knotted wood stump

We found this piece of knotted wood stump in our friend's place. My wife used it to plant kusamono about two years ago. The plants looked happy in their new home.

I could see a mixture of pennywort, pink knotweed, dwarf fiber optic grass, acorus and a Star of Bethlelhm, the white flower does not show up well in the pale background.
