A little color and a beech find!

Been looking for a beech like this for long time, pretty much ever since I traded my old girl. This one will be similarly styled, not sure what variety Fagus this is, I'll probably find out when it pops buds in the spring. I'm hoping for sylvatica purpurea... but whatever it is, it has great fall color! Maple and K.Hornbeam shohin are good in color this year too...

I have a couple of syvaltica purpurea pendula. They need some work. It’s nice to see good examples to guide them along..
It will be nice to see the branch structure once your beech sheds its leaves.
