A Little Winter Trim for My Bald Cypress Clump

Nothing fancy, just a little trim. Shortened up the branches to get some more ramification and removed a few lower branches that were too close to the ground. I also discovered that one of trunks is dead along the inside. I don't know it if was the result of the great ice storm of 2014 or the attempt to kill it by not watering it in 2010 by the ex. Either way, it isn't too bad and might make a nice shari one day.

Thanks, John, I plan to wire it soon. I is in drastic need of a repot, so I will put some wire on it after the repotting.

Cool base on those trees. There's a BC for sale on Facebook right now with some pretty good potential but it's priced well out of my range. I think I'll stick to just collecting my own.

By the way, how's the bicep doing?

I saw that one too, Vince, and you are right, it is kinda pricy. Thanks for the comments on mine, it actually has a couple of knees growing.

The bicep is doing fine, I have been going to physical therapy lately and hopefully things will be back to normal shortly.
