Two years ago today marked the heaviest snowfall I've ever seen in the East. We got 30 inches on top of two more feet or so of snow. I had eight foot piles of snow in my front yard from shovelling.
I didn't see my trees for a month, as most were completely buried under almost five feet of snow. This year is the exact opposite--I can see my trees all too well. Earliest budding I can remember in the last 18 years or so. I can only hope they're not in full leaf by the end of the month...
