A real pine from CR

The nursery lady gave me this pine to try bonsai with it. But she doesnt have a name other than "pino". Could be native, but its not an Ausie pine. Its probably no good for bonsai so I planted it carefully in a big square planter. I thought folks might like to see one, since I finaly found small ones. If anyone cares I will take pics for more detail.

Eric,

if you are lucky it is a Honduran or Honduran / Caribbean pine cross.
Will Bonsai very nicely.
Remember Health first and ground grow in a colander for a decent trunk.
Get about 10, so you can experiment.

Talk to Sifu [ Adair ] for training techniques.

These are everywhere in the mountains. Hardly had roots! Should I wire it now down low for more shape?
