So I really don't know anything about Suiseki, but am interested. I got this stone several years ago from a guy who had a bunch like this, before I knew what Suiseki was. There are a few angles where I believe it reminds me of a snow capped mountain. At the same time, this could just be the Suiseki version of a stick in a pot. I was thinking about having it cut and a stand or something made for it. I'm just curious to see what you think? You can be brutally honest if it's just a stick in a pot-I am a newbie after all. Thanks for your honest feedback.

Cut it and have diaza made for it. It's a beautiful stone.

Your stone doesn't look like a real mountain at all. . . ;)

This photo of Mt. Rainier is from my trip to WA about a month ago as we were driving through Gifford Pinchot Ntl. Forest. Its very beautiful up there, I miss it!
