Acer Palmatum Help

First imagine is an Acer Palmatum Arakawa, it has curling leaves on the edges, some brown, some with that white on the tips (received from Mr. Maple).
Second - Fourth images are of Acer Palmatum that have developed as to what appears disfigured leaves and in some areas very light white areas. All trees planted in peat (40) pine bark (60). Only lightly fertilized this year. Also they wererepotted, but never aloud to dry out and nor over watered. Have been spraying with Neem Oil and then with Bonide Fungicide (BND777).

First image could be due to dry and hot conditions. Are you in California? This could be a result of the heat wave we experienced a couple of weeks ago. Second to fourth is likely a mold. I have observed that previously when my trees were too close to each other, being too crowded when watering allowed for a build of moisture which in turn gave favors the molds. I separated my JMs, clipped and disposed the affected leaves. I also sprayed the leaves with a diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide.

I am in Pennsylvania, South Central. We have had a very hot/dry summer this year. My maples are relatively close together, so I will space them out and see what I get! Any tip on the dilution ratio for the peroxide spray? Also your response is much appreciated!

I don't see any problem with the leaves. Usually the second flush is not as regular in shape as the first one (my experience).
