Squarepants with Conkers
On a recent hike, hunting for native roses, I noticed these fellas overturned due to soil erosion. They appeared in distress, with their “heads” dunked in the swamp. So
rescue efforts were attempted, and the health/lives of those trees will be recorded here.
(I DID end up finding a nice “smooth rose” specimen, digging the root ball, placing somewhere “hidden” for the walk back AND also NOT being able to locate it afterwards.)

All trunks are connected sub-terra. The vision (at this time) for this specimen would be a sort of “eerie windswept clump”
(The “front-most” tree WILL be (This year) pruned back to JUST above the bend to balance the presentation visually. This section was left to keep some foliage, attempting to insure vitality)
