Acoma Crape Myrtle

I picked up these two dwarf Crape Myrtle. I thought their trunks are really thick for their height. They seem to have some nice potential. I will trim them up some in winter.

I am pretty sure Acoma is a weeping variety not a dwarf. Although I expect Austin has mild winters, I have had better results chopping CM during the growing season.
