Advice on pine

I I got some pines from the nursery. They didn't know the names. However these are long needled. Any advice on the best way to shape long needled pines

Very difficult from here(Zone 8). These are almost certainly tropical in your zone. also at least bushier tree looks grafted other likely as well. Is there another nursery than might help you? One possibility; search around inside edge of pot and see if buried tag might be there.
