And a few from Byron Myrick's pottery sales area. We are fortunate to have him as a member of the club; he's an outstanding potter and all-around nice guy. His bonsai pots have been more impressive each of the last 3 years.

Nice show! There are many great trees there! I like the cascade JBP the most. That's the best tree there in my book. Thanks for sharing Brian

That tree is exceptional. He has some incredible stuff, including those ROR tridents.
Thanks for the comments all!

I went to the show saturday, it was great. So many nice trees to see and very nice people that love to talk bonsai. (there is no one, not one, in my town that have a bonsai)
After the 2 hour drive up, I make a day of it. Visiting and taking pictures of bonsai and the botanical gardens also. Got 2 nice trees too!

Have A Nice Night,
Michael

I posted this on the annoucments thread about the show and it got stuck in the back I guess. Just wanted to give credit to all for the time and work they put into the show, it was really nice.

No, he hit them with lime-sulfur. The response to the hornbeam grove is surprising; it's nice, but the Hokkaido elm grove was really special. It's too bad the photo isn't any better. Maybe someone will have one.
