These reddish/orange spot are on few of my Japanese maple. Not sure if it’s on the others but show up differently bc it’s a different specie.

Tar spot of maple (Rhytisma spp.) is a fungal disease that causes a great deal of concern for home gardeners due to its appearance. Luckily, this disease is generally a cosmetic problem, rather than a real health issue for trees.
Sorry I cant be of better help, but honestly it doesn't look all that bad and soon those leaves are going to turn colors and drop off anyway. If you're concerned its the fungus, you can always cut those leaves off after they turn color and before they fall off and dispose of them in the trash. The info I read says it can stay in the leaf litter so you'll want to get rid of those leaves. I wouldn't do it yet though because the tree is still using them to photosynthesize.
