Here's an Australian / New Zealand Tea Tree I've been working on the past couple of years. I don't know all that much about how to develop them, so if anyone has any experience I would love to hear other's thoughts.
I'd like to rotate it counter-clockwise maybe 10-15 degrees and continue to compact the foliage so the flowers are more uniform.

Here's a picture of how it looked when I got it (after a little cleaning). Incidentally, I found it at the San Francisco Orchid Show tucked away behind someone's sales table for $50.
