The first about 20 and the second about 6. The second forest was started with some older trees, and the first one only seedlings were used. I'm goin to to re-arrange the smaller one this winter.

they are very nice.
tridents are often used in japan for forests. i think it looks much nicer then overly tapered trunks with some downward facing branches.
