Bald Cypress #2

I’ve seen a lot of post on tree progressions so decided to do two on my first two Bald Cypresses. This tree was collected early March. Any suggestions on things to keep the tree healthy, or timing on thinning of branches, styling, etc will are welcomed.

First picture is of when the trees were originally collected.


Second picture is first budding from trunk.
Last two pictures are of the tree currently 5/3/21 almost two months after being collected

That’s a lot of branches in that amount of time. You leaving it in full sun? Are you doing any fertilizer?

Both this one and the other one I’ve posted have been in full sun, watered mornings only (plus any natural rain), and I’ve only used miracle grow for fertilizer. I used it twice, once last week and once two weeks before.
