Bald cypress help please

Hey, quick question. Any thoughts on what's going on with my little bald cypress on the right. Leaves have an orange tint. I made the grouping last year with 1 year old seedlings. The soil is 2/3 inorganic and 1/3 organic. Plenty of fertilizer and water. I'm in Southern Indiana. Any help is much appreciated in advance

Probably sun exposure. Bc foliage can bronze a bit in full sun. Also mite be mites.
