11" at the soil line, over 5" trunk. It's either an American Elm or a Cedar Elm. Rough chop was made earlier this year. I am selling this for a friend. He is asking $200 plus actual shipping costs.

Looks like you have lots of carving ahead of you on this one. ;) I am surprised how young and new the shoots are considering the weeds on the pot.

I have several Cedar Elm (but smaller) that are chopped in same manner and it would be nice to see how you train this.

Haha yea... He made the chop earlier this year but it's been in that pot for a year now. He definitely pulled some weeds before snapping the pictures ;)

I know! I am going to start doing that!. It makes it a lot sturdier and easy to carry. That way, I can turn all of those nursery pots into functional training pots.
