I had success last year with the Biogreen Palma greenhouse heater, but this year my space is a bit too big for it. I decided to try the larger Phoenix unit.
First one came, followed all the instructions, and... the fan just wouldn't turn on. No matter what I did - saw YouTube videos of people doing the same and the fan kicking on. I reached out to the company, and they actually immediately suggested swapping it out vs. trying to troubleshoot. Great customer service TBH, however....
Second unit came and... same thing. The error has to be on my end, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the fan on this thing to kick on. I've felt heat coming off of it, but kinda need the fan to work too...
In any case, long shot but I figured I'd ask here if anyone uses this heater and if they had any suggestions.
