I like how he doesn't sugar-coat things. He points out the good in the trees, but also bluntly points out the bad, clearly describing what needs to be done to make the tree the best it can be, even if it means waiting 10 years. These are the kinds of critiques we need if we really want to improve our trees.

I agree. Good critique is my favorite part, as much as I love gawking & drooling at nice trees--it only comes 2nd.
