Hi all,
I have a Acer Buergerianum that i repotted this spring because the soil was in need or replacement.
Now that the leaves are all open i noticed that pretty much all the leaves have black spots on them( i attached a photo).
Does anyone know what this could be and if this is harmless or terrible and what a treatment could be.
Thanks you very much

You did not include a location in your profile.

Maples do not tolerate desert sun and heat very well. I suggest afternoon shade if you are in the desert south or southwest,

Black spots often are either fungal or bacterial or if starting at the edges of leaves drought related. For fungal and bacterial issues better air movement will help prevent further spread of spotting. Do not put the plant "indoors" at night, keep it outside with good aur movement.

Oh yeah sorry for not telling the location.
I live in Europe, Netherlands. So not very desert like temperatures or burning sun.

Likely to be a fungal infection. Try a product called Maru from https://www.probiocarbon.ie/ which can stop this kind of problem in Tridents - I have seen dramatic results from using it.

Thanks for that, ill look into the marú product.
