Does anyone know what kind of bonsai this is? My mother started it as a very small plant and it has grown quite large. Thanks for any insights and if it has any value to be sold.
It does appear to be a Blue Atlas Cedar. As far as value, there might be someone out there to take this off your hands for a sum, but I wouldn't expect more then a few bucks if that.
Definitely a cedar but I can't swear its a blue atlas. Color looks right but needles are longer like a Deodora. With all the dead branches and the rapidly narrowing terminus it will be a while before it looks like anything. If it was mine I wouldn't be too excited. I would put it in the ground for a few years. Just my opinion.
