Bonsai Air flow using fan movement for an indoor environment is this normal or a myth ?

Airflow will also help strengthen the plant as it simulates wind.

Well I'm In New Zealand and there not many people doing Bonsai and I've only seen one person doing this in a retail shop ( the fan was large and just seemed unusual at the time ) I didn't ask at the time , just thought it was a crazy person

If you have more than a couple plants you need a fan. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for disease and pests.
