Thanks Andrew. I'm about halfway through the material and I've definitely learned some new things and heard others presented in a way that bought some clarity to some concepts that were a bit fuzzy for me. Michael strikes me as a patient and thorough teacher. It'll be interesting to see how he brings together the seemingly disparate topics of plant physiology and bonsai aesthetics. I'm really enjoying it so far, especially filmed as it is against the backdrop of Shinji's garden.

I see in one of the photos that you're on your account for the site to view the course. How is it that you get to it? I made an account and bought the course today and wasn't sure if it'd be an email link I get or if it's part of the site and accessed by logging in. It appears from your post to be the later. I can't find it though.

I signed up a few weeks ago at the $20 dollar rate, never got an email, or anything, sent a follow up email and nothing. Not sure if they are slammed with requests, but it's a bit disappointing.

I received an email with the discount code last Saturday. If you haven't, send an email to Oscar. He'll get it fixed. He's been very responsive with me in the past.

I highly recommend this course!! Just finished watching the last lesson last night. Very informative on plant physiology taylored specifically for bonsai practice. This course answers almost every question a begginner might have. I really wish there was something like this when I first started bonsai. Probably wouldn't have killed as many trees as I did. It is absolutely worth $40 for how much information you get unlimited access to.

I found an email address to send any questions about it to for an "instant reply" so I'll see what they say. Maybe something went wrong with the purchase, it's not often I use PayPal and wouldn't be the first time a payment didn't go through because of that. Thanks for the replies.

It was same for me, good thing i checked junk mail which i almost never do.

Too bad I didn't see it for the $20 rate. Can't shell $40 for an online course but maybe later. Looks pretty interesting, watched the free video too.

Ok, problem resolved! Oscar replied to my email and said the system was overloaded with people buying the course. So good for them that it's so popular. Then he also said that my payment through PayPal needed to for some reason be manually approved on his end. He said it as though it was abnormal so maybe there's an account setting I need to change so that doesn't happen. Thanks @markyscott for trying to help.
