Wiring and repotting is the heaven to me.

As for the soil debate, my bonsai teacher has a certain mix he advocates (which I disagree with completely,) and he told me never tell anyone because everyone gets mad about soil choice.

For me, for now, bonsai heaven is sitting in front of new material and making a game plan.
Followed by the first initial styling.
