Hello Nuts.
I stumbled onto a section of the BonsaiEmpire site called Bonsai in Japan. They list a bunch of places in Japan where you can go see bonsai. I looked through all of them a bit and found Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture to be of interest. At the bottom of the page they have a link to Google Maps where the 12 various nurseries are marked on google maps.
NOTE: Does not work well/at all on Mobile

Imagine my surprise when I see fields and fields of bonsai trees. And guess what Google sent one of their nifty Google streets cars to this town in 2013. The images are not the highest resolution but it was pretty fun 'driving' around town looking at the fields of short wiggly mostly pine trees.
Prepare to waste some time. I have killed about 2 hours so far. And yes there are schoolgirls. Somewhere.
