I have a lot of cuttings from a recent bottle brush start. Is it possible to fuse them after they root?

Great information. Thanks

LOL I would reply if I had any experience with these (as bonsai). We use them frequently around here as landscaping plants and they do relatively well without needing a lot of water. I am most familiar with them as multi-trunk shrubs.

Apparently, no one really knows. Why don't you give it a try and see what happens? Could be the next best thing to a Ficus or Trident fusing. I can tell you this, I have a Bottlebrush with a couple jins and the bark doesn't seem to roll over easily. That would leave to believe fusing would not be easy but who knows.
