Hello just a question from a newbie. Could this become a bonsai. And would it be treated the same as Azaleas, could it be truck chopped in the same way also. Common name: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow Plant. I am in zone 9. They grow great here. However, I can't find a picture of one that is used for a bonsai. thanks to all.

Most of the times it's recommended to stick to the traditional species, but if u are learning i guess you could try it, get ur horticultural experience under the belt. Welcome to the forum.
