I try to get to one of the Brussel's sale each year. We went this weekend and it was great as usual. I did not get the name of the artist doing the workshop, it was for the local club in Olive Branch and full. But interesting to watch the work on the trees throughout the day. I got a couple of trees, the shimpaku, JRM and Koto Hime will go in the ground on the east side of my home. I have had some success with a couple of trees planted there so I wanted to give these a try. I have killed a few shimpaku the past few years but really like the green color and thought I would give it a try in the ground for $12.00. The two small juniper were just for fun to fill empty pots and the Juniper1 is something to look at on the deck that I have had better success keeping alive.
