I saw this CBC news article this morning and thought I'd pass it on...

Watch the short clip at the end of the article, or search Youtube... all you'll need is a higher end camera, your favourite bonsai, a Prairie or Arctic "type" cold snap, ordinary bubble mix, a smattering of creativity, and a LOT of cold weather hardiness...
I'll be back next Christmas to award the top 3 entries from around the world. (Although, I highly doubt there will be even one entry.)
*Contest awards no real prizes and all entires are subject to ridicule and comments from people who might have bad taste and no real artistic ability what-so-ever (including myself). Attempt this at your own risk as there will be a high likelihood of getting frost bite on your shutter finger(at the very least) which could lead to gangrene and eventual death.
