Burning bush #3

This plant I dug from the front garden bed 2 yrs. ago. It has decided to take off this year. What t do you think? Suggestions?

I like side from photos 2/4, but that low branch is a bit low. Make sure to be careful when you wire, I wait until the branches are a bit lignified. The shoulder joints aren’t real strong when they’re young. I repot yearly as they fill the pot with fine roots. This also means they’re the first to dry out every day. With the western garden/native US variety I have, I get only 1 flush per year. Fun to work with.

I agree with Gaitano above. Picture 4 is the best front I see. Mainly because of the natural movement in the trunk but also because the upper branches have a nice spread in this angle. Less wiring for you.

My only advice for wiring it out is to set branches far enough apart for future bifurcation and ramification. Once they develop their little wings it's harder to tweak the smaller branches without breaking them.

Ok. After a bit of snap, crackle, pop, I moved the branches a bit. I hope the pops I heard don’t = dead branches.
wow. I guess wiring branches when real young is a good idea! We will see.
