I found this tree in my yard growing under a peach tree but I don’t think it’s a peach I thought maybe an apple? Also and feedback on it and it’s design, future or whatever would be amazing.

I'd agree with apple. Hard to be definite without flowers but it looks like there are flowering spurs developing already so with some good conditions this season you may get flowers to confirm ID next spring.
Not much on design at this early stage. I would suggest the trunk is long, straight and lacks taper so if I was developing this I would chop it much shorter and regrow trunk with some bends and taper.

Sounds like a plan thanks for you feedback I’ll for sure chop it eventually I’m still waiting for it to get stronger first but I think you are right.

Crabapple looks like it is right. Thank you. Hopefully I’ll get some flowers some year soon.
