Hello all.

Bought a new pot, which I personally love!

But it's got some writing on the side that I'd love to know what it says or means!

Anyone fancy having a crack at it?

I've had it translated by a friend in Japan.
Is says;

紅豆生南國
春來發幾枝
勸君多採擷
此物罪相思
These red beans grow only in the south
In spring they branch away and flourish
Why don't you harvest plentiful to cherish
For they are most symbolising of yearning

春詞/ 劉禹錫

新妝宜面下朱樓
深鎖春光一院愁
行到中庭數花朵
蜻蜓飛上玉搔頭

Song of Spring
Author: Liu Yu Xi

Made up and in new dress downstairs she goes,
The yard's filled with spring views but locked in woes.
When she steps to the mid-court to count flower balls,
A dragonfly on her jade hairpin falls.

Oh and its Chinese, not Japanese as I wrongly thought.
