@one_bonsai - I would say that this is Penjing. It is a Chinese style bonsai. Literati or Bunjin is also good names for the style.

The pot appears to be a Chinese pot. Part of the "tip off" that it is Penjing.

Styles, and naming of styles is not all that important. As long as the tree follows either the Bonsai or the Penjing aesthetics, it does not have to conform to a particular style to be appreciated.
