Is this a creeping juniper?

Is this an juniper?
One of them have almost 2 inches trunk found in a nursery not labled

It looks like a juniper. As to whether it's a creeping juniper, that depends on it's growth habit which isn't obvious from the pictures. If anything, it appears to be more of a shrubby, but upright grower.

I managed to correct the viewing angle

It could work as bonsai but it is very young and doesn't offer much right now for styling options. You would be better off finding a larger, older piece of stock.

As I said one of them has almost 2 inches trunk with hight less then 12 inches. Probably over 10 years old very dense foliage. Like octopus branches on the top of main trunk
