Centipedes

Are these guys harmful? And if so how do I get rid of them? I have them in the soil in most of my trees. I really notice them in pond baskets, not so much in bonsai pots.

Are these guys harmful?

Not unless they bite you! If you have grubs, or root aphids, they could actually be beneficial, as they are predators. Unfortunately, they would also eat other beneficial predators, as well as earth worms.
