Is that a cyclamen?

Is that pot made from cement?

I like both...and together.

Thanks!

Lol At first I looked at "cyclamen" like a cylindrical, Cyclops lookins, cement pot. But yes, the one from your VDay thread, I bought it for the wife.

Shame it had one flower bud left, but it dried up. I hope it will flower again.

Yesement.

Hey youz,

I gotta nutter one right here.

Found the faux stone and plant in the yard.20150418_070014.jpg

We'll see how it fills in.

I stuffed the roots in grooves and covered em with 8822 fines and worm castings. A little Sphagnum.

I hope the will eventually grow into the porous rock, at which time I can remove the soil. And maybe just leave a bit of dirt.

Here's the other That will make a few This year. It was growing it bone dry
Dirt on a rock ledge next to the lake at McDonald's Hamburger University! Reckon it will do fine on a shallow rock too.20150418_070126.jpg
That red tone will symbolize spring quite nice, with the bright green tips.
Red holds for a while.

Cool, but I wouldn't put that accent anywhere near my trees with those dandelion seeds ready to fly - just more work later to weed them out!
I remove the weeds from my tree's and use them in my 'accent-pot' :)

51bKWBNpqVL._SY300_.jpg

Kinda f'n stupid but I got one for Xmas a while back.
I took it apart to make a cool fountain, maybe one that has a timer to send up dams to water plants once a day. Hands free like a Bluetoot.

What to do? I carved a fourt foot in the bottom and shtuck a plant in it.

It'll be nice when it grows out there too!

Hope to fill that gap next year...
And hopefully it'll push itself up a good inch, I think it'll look better then.

Quite surprised to find this so nice!

And more surprised to find this little, oregano or thyme? I forget.
Growing out the back of this that I ha ent watered in 2 months! Hay!

Sorce, you have a talent there. The ice plants and sedums if hardy, are pretty tough. Little pieces that break off will root and grow like crazy.
