Here's what's going on in the SF Bay Area.
I know the east coast has been cold.
We're at 14 chill hours so far where I live (ave ytd would be more like 80.)
Nothing cold in the 10 day forecast. Might have to put my little malus and prunus in the fridge this year.

We've had some weird weather over here too, but in the opposite direction. We had no light frosts, just straight to mid 20's. I was able to bring the bonsai in, but plants in the ground were burned severely, some entirely.

One warm winter isn't going to hurt your plants, especially if they are healthy. But they might not flower or fruit to their full potential. Unless you're planning to show them, I don't see the need for artificial chilling.

Last week was in the 20s and 30s here and I think we broke some cold records. Today it is in the mid 60s and we could break a warm record.... freaky weather.

All my trees are in their winter quarters in the garage. Took the pines and junipers out yesterday and sprayed them with neem oil.

Its still early yet, I wouldnt worry about it being warm yet.
