Chinese elm 1.5yr progress

Hi all,

I had a garden centre save bought for me in Jan 2020 that had nothing going for it so I made a cut back of all branches and this is the progression after a short period.

Going well this little elm.

Very good for such a short period. Let’s see it now without any leaves! Or does this remain evergreen through the winter for you?

Nice start, were the trunk splits into the branches is little bulge isnt it grafted?
