Hey Guys, I've got some Chinese Elms and I need some help identifying why they're under-duress. I live in Texas and its been quite rainy so I thought it might be black fungus, which I've tried to treat with Daconil starting a week and a half ago. Is this correct or did I miss identify?

I would need to see a more in focus, and up close image of the symptomatic tissue to confirm any disease. My gut says it looks like more of a nutrient / overwintering issue.

Daconil is a good preventative fungicide but it will not control anything that is already inside the tissue.

Thanks for the reply! The leaves for the most part seem to have stopped dying and I do see some new growth. Its not a lot of growth, but I would assume that its a good sign. Based off of your thought, should I make sure and feed them?
