Chinese Elm possibilities

I found this at a Nursery and grabbed a photo. Thinking about getting it. What do you think. Picture is not that great. Looks to be an older elm with a 3 inch nebari.

They will not go lower than $150 on it.

Well maybe not then. But you could air layer a lot of branches and depending on the base there is a nice shohin with a thick trunk when you’re done layering.

The tree is in very poor health. For $150, the tree should at least be viable.
