Chinese elm bought recently. Quite advanced but needs work. Excessive number of branches, moss damaging nice bark, invisible truck with really nice taper/movement, some scars, ramification and front that needs to be found. For now water only... food soon. Added one more photo (to the classic 4 sides) as wouldn’t be fair to the tree without showing the inside (that needs to be shown).
Growing strong... seems like new home.

Thank you. This is what happens when you buy in the country where you don’t speak local language :) … though I do have Korean hornbeam (bought in Korea) and thought they have more grey and smooth bark… without vertical lines… like this guy in the photo. I’m no expert by any means… so just sharing thoughts. Crappy I can’t change the post title 😂
