I would let the end bud on those lower branches grow out unrestrained for a full season, maybe 2, to thicken those branches up, theyre tiny in comparison to that monster trunk. you can refine and pinch the interior, final secondary branching at the same time, as one of my teachers taught me, it's a two fer! A lot of people do one or the other well at once, but it's as easy to do both at the same time.
Nice looking tree.

No drainage hole, after I drilled the hollow I carved the base leaving a slight angle. All the excess water drains out of the crack.
