When I made this chop a couple weeks ago I started a thread in the general discussion forum about it. I am starting this thread here for the updates, so it will be in the appropriate place.

Made the original chop on 5.21.16
I needed to remove this tree, but then figured if I cut it back hard it would be out of sight and mind. Thus buying a little time until I could dig it later. So I chopped it to about a foot. After posting I had a couple suggestions to cut it shorter, so I did just to see what would happen.

I checked it this afternoon to see if there was any activity and found a couple buds.
