I got this at an auction several years ago because no one bid on it. It has filled out nicely, and bloomed in spite of 2 weeks of rain every day. I kept it in my garage so the blooms would last. Hope you like it.

The first pic is from spring of 2014 when I was getting ready to repot. It was in Turface I think, and I put it into pumice for a year. Then in 2015 I moved it to kanuma, and the last 2 shots are from 2016. This guy really likes the kanuma.

Very cool! Do you know what type of azelea it is? Also, how much organic are you using in the soil?

Sorry I dont know the variety of azalea. It was an auction win and the seller left early. It is in Kanuma and a bit of pumice, with sphagnum on top to keep it moist and give it a taste of acid for the plant. Thank you for your comment!

Could be wrong--just too dang many azalea varieties for
ANYONE to know them all--but it looks like "Glacier" to
me. Pretty plant though. Have fun with it.
