Collecting in SW WA or Portland, OR area

interestingly enough in my backyard, the different ranger stations that issue permits have different time values for collection. The hemlocks i pictured had a two week window to be able to get up to 5 trees. This was in the cascade Mts. Out on the penninsula (olympics) some ranger stations allow you up to almost 3 times as long to get a similar number.

hadn't thought about the cell phone towers, so that was an interesting bit of info I'll need to look into.

I got two weeks and ten trees here. Best part was that the permit was free.
